CNC Milling
High precision machining of various materials to 2d drawings and solid models using ONECNC XR8 for toolpath creation. Milling cutters and drills as small as 0.1mm have been used to machine critical features and verified using non contact optical measurement techniques.
Wire EDM
4 axis wire edm with wire sizes down to 0.1mm on Fanuc machines. Maximum Height of 180mm and 300KG workpiece weight. Onecnc XR8 for toolpath generation and combined with the Tesa Visio DCC for Optical profile measurement and accurate internal radii control.
CNC Turning
2 Axis Turning up to 200mm diameter and 40mm bar fed production runs. Onecnc XR8 for toolpath creation.
Reverse Engineering
Using various measurement techniques and CAD we can replicate worn or damaged parts including 3d surfaces.
